Biographic Information

About

I have been actively engaged in private litigation practice for the past 35 years which included complex legal issues and civil trials.  I was drawn to litigation by competing in collegiate athletics --  both involved victory and defeat.  The past 10+ years of my legal career were devoted in part to Mediation.  Litigation is costly and the result is uncertain.  Mediation offers a solution to litigation.

I graduated Marquette University Law School in 1986.  I received my undergraduate degree from Lawrence University in 1983 where I competed in football, wrestling and baseball. I previously practiced at Corneille Law Group, LLC, and Everson, Whitney, Everson & Brehm, S.C.  Tracy and I were married in 2017 and we have been working as a husband and wife legal team since 2018.
